白玉扳指选材优秀，以细腻致密的和田籽料雕琢而成，局部留有黄皮。扳指外壁施以高浮雕，通景雕琢双骏图，两匹骏马一立一卧，卧马回首与立马相视，彼此含情脉脉，刻绘了一幅温馨和谐的画面。周围饰有苍松、劲石，整体图案具有文人画意。清代扳指的制作达到顶峰，以白玉为贵，佩戴扳指是高贵身份的象征。
