六臂大黑天是藏传佛教格鲁派重要的护法神灵之一，相传其为观音菩萨降魔时的化现，因此倍受佛教信众的尊崇。此尊焰发竖立，头戴五骷髅冠饰。面庞丰肥，双眉紧蹙，双目圆睁，呲牙卷舌，呈现大忿怒形象。上身躯体短粗，肚腹圆鼓，前两臂持钺刀和嘎巴拉碗，后四臂向外伸展，持法器或结手印。以骨饰与蛇饰为庄严，腰围虎皮裙，双足右屈左伸，展立于台座上。整像铜质莹润，工艺细腻，其人物造型与18世纪汉藏风格的护法形象十分类似，甚值收藏供奉。
