达摩为南北朝时期的印度高僧，为中国禅宗的创始人。此尊呈比丘样貌，头顶光洁无发，面庞消瘦，颧骨突出，高鼻深目，蓄有卷曲胡须，带有异域人种的样貌。上身着交领宽松僧袍，左手直接放置，右手持禅杖，上挂佛珠和斗笠。左腿盘起，右腿屈立，呈现游戏坐姿。整像包浆莹润，造型生动，雕刻写实，做工细腻，彰显出中原汉地造像的艺术风韵。
