笔筒唇口微撇，收腰。器身描绘山水人物纹。人物鲜活生动，远山层次分明。青花发色青翠，十分雅洁，且呈现浓淡深浅的层次变化，无不细致入微，此器物淡雅的青花发色，加之繁疏有致的布局，是为康熙时期的青花笔筒之精细之作。康熙时期，景德镇制瓷工匠纯熟地掌握了珠明料的呈色技术，烧出了被誉为「翠毛蓝」、「宝石蓝」的康熙青花，这种多色的青花层次分明，故又有「五彩青花」之称，是青花器制作史上的重要创新。本拍品即仅用一种青花色料，在白腻胎骨的映衬下，极富立体层次感，尽显康熙青花之神韵，为此时期青花笔筒逸品之佳作。
