和田白玉质，玉质细腻，油油丰盈，手感温润，光洁滋蕴。圆雕双人倚石嬉闹，利用玉料皮色巧雕出一怪石香几，上呈一香炉，美女婀娜身姿依靠香几，满面笑容，头向前探，与蹲坐于前的男士娓娓畅谈，男士双手筒于袖中，头部微侧，向右上方凝视美女，似话家常。整器雕工精湛，用刀圆熟，刀刀见功，人物衣褶处理简练而不简单，神态刻划准确到位，男士鞋子一抹俏色，极具韵味，亦可见匠心独具。
