款识：禹贡所详，秦封讵受。予向。||钤印：黄宾虹（白） |黄宾虹写花鸟，多为余事，六十岁之前润例多为山水题材，其后虽间有花卉作品面世，与山水相比终是凤毛麟角。然四十年代后期、五十年代其花鸟题材画作似比之前增多，笔墨甚为恣肆，设色秾丽却不失古雅。然画事中，用墨难于用笔，尤难于层层积累。五彩六墨，错杂兼施。心应手，手应笔，笔应线。以实中运虚，虚中运实，平中运奇，奇中运平之章法，以浓墨破淡，以淡墨破浓。本幅〈墨松〉正是此间典型风格。宿墨之渍染，玲珑剔透，无干涩之弊，用笔沉实浑厚，取得了遒劲超逸、生动天然，不似之似，方为神似的效果。突出了“简、淡、拙、健”的特点。
