红地黄彩器为明代嘉靖朝特有品种，需先以1300摄氏温度烧好白瓷，再于外壁釉上施以黄彩以较低的温度入窑复烧，再以黑彩点睛、描绘轮廓，并以矾红彩涂地，然后第三次入窑烧造。因过程繁复，难度极高，故传世品数量稀少。 嘉靖彩瓷冠绝一时，其彩画之诡奇，绘事之伟丽，称胜于明、清两代，后世无人可及。其间发明甚多，诸种色釉相互交融，铺陈出一个斑斓绚丽的彩瓷世界。全品
