青花龙纹螭龙耳扁瓶是元代青花瓷酒壶之一，这种器形除出口西亚等地的国家，满足宫廷奢侈的需要外，也为元代这个马背民族的贵族和将领们所用，他们在魑龙系孔里穿上牛皮绳带后，背于身上或挂于马鞍上，使之替代皮囊酒壶。扁壶器呈扁长方形，壶体圆口，短颈，扁腹，腹至胫渐收，底落圈足。两肩出双螭龙耳，圆目阔鼻，长尾下垂，神态逼真，生动活现。
