＜雲間胡文明製＞款 此香爐器物為典型胡文明風格銅器，呈雙耳簋式造型，束頸 鼓腹，圈足較高，兩側置雙龍耳，造型古樸典雅。爐頸飾錯 金絲回紋一周，腹部山海經祥獸圖案，爐底正中鎏金並陰刻 " 雲間胡文明制 " 篆書款。明代制銅名匠胡文明，為明代萬曆雲 間（江蘇松江府，今上海）人，擅制仿古銅器，尤以鎏金文 房器見長，名盛一時。其按古式制彝、鼎、尊、卣等極精， 價亦甚高，誓不傳他姓。胡氏銅器多以錦地浮雕為飾，有先 秦鼎彝的 " 三重花 " 之古意，又在浮雕花紋上施鎏金裝飾，極 具立體感，個人風格十分鮮明。此爐工藝精湛，造型古雅， 顯然為胡氏所作精品。且名款清晰，工料精細，便在明清宮 廷收藏中也屬佳器，極具收藏價值。
