镜盒为漆金木雕，由镜盒与盒盖两部分组成，可分开。盒 盖雕长亭送别绘图，镜盒底部有圈足，中心有一圆孔，金 木雕花瓣纹包边。镜盒与盒盖能顺畅开合，镜盒侧边均对 称装饰花卉纹，镜盒架托雕双龙栩栩如生。此镜盒铸造工艺精湛， 融多种工艺，纹饰华丽富贵，图案造型古朴，保存完好。 内有海兽葡萄镜，铸造于唐代（公元 618 年 - 公元 907 年）， 圆形，伏兽钮，纹饰分为内外二区，内区四海兽各据一方， 外区饰葡萄叶蔓。镜与盒契合完美。
