王雪涛，（1903年12月—1982年11月）中国现代著名小写意花鸟画家。河北成安人。原名庭钧，字晓封，号迟园 。曾任北京画院院长，中国美术家协会理事，美协北京分会副主席，现代中国卓有成就的花鸟画 大师，对我国小写意花鸟绘画做出了突出贡献。他继承宋、元以来的优秀传统，取长补短。其花鸟虫鱼，刻画细致入微，鲜活多姿，生动可爱，情趣盎然。摆脱了明清花鸟画的僵化程式，创造了清新灵妙，雅俗共赏的鲜明风格。
