直径5.5cm；高4cm
|本品玉质温润细腻，器形小巧，不盈一握，顶部施阴线雕琢团花纹，中部有穿。纹饰规整细致。盒壁一面阴刻一株遒劲梅树，树枝苍劲奇险，枝头梅花舒展，另一侧则雕琢乾隆御诗题“春花试问孰宜先？冒雪寒梅旾信传。高士美人拟犹失，祗应呼是地行仙”。沟壑间仍有留金，可见原器纹饰应为填金装饰，素雅间不乏贵气。下配白玉圆托，应为同一原石去料雕琢。整器掏膛干净，碾砣见棱见角，线条流畅，工艺上乘。扳指盒用于盛放扳指。因清代贵族男子流行佩戴扳指，因此扳指盒的制作量很大，且质地种类繁多。此件扳指盒应为内廷制品，精巧雅致，又被题书皇帝御题诗句，应为皇帝本人所用。
