A late 19th century pair of Sino Tibetan wool dragon rugs, each decorated with two opposing sinuous dragons within a ruyi and lingzhi border. Dimensions: 153x78cm and 149x78cm. Condition: Good apart from some use related wear; the underside with later backing. This lot comes from the private collection of Mr. Enrique Nervi, from his school days he was always interested in ancient history, later in life he completed a degree in Archaeology in the U.K. his passion for art is reflected in his collection of Chinese art, some of which are now being offered by Swan Auctions.
