提要：“正实收”为清政府捐官之凭证。此为宣统元年九月福建等处承宣布政使司因闽省水灾，急需赈济，特开纳捐一途，以募集资材。浙江省宁波府慈溪县人徐康恺以二百八十三两二钱捐得监生并州同职从六品，父母及本身妻室封典，以此正实收为凭据。拍品共三张“正实收”，附札一页。“正实收”每张钤官印四枚，并朱笔批复，为研究清末纳捐制度的重要文献。
