高47cm宽31cm重24.2斤此尊释迦牟尼佛，头饰螺发，塔形肉髻高耸，大耳垂肩，眉如弯月，眼睑低垂，鼻头宽大，嘴角带笑，神情沉静，却又透出一股神秘感。身着披肩大衣，衣褶折迭屈绕，流畅自然，采用了写实性表现手法，衣褶具有很强的质感，结全跏趺端坐，双手结印。衣褶纹理流畅自然，行云流水，錾刻精美缠枝莲八宝纹。整组局部鎏金，金水一流，丰腴肥美，宝光泽泽，保存完好，具有极高的艺术性和收藏价值。
