這台軍用M3相機根據記錄是在1957至1968年間生產，總產量不多於300台。此機見原裝「L」封條，機背刻有「Bundeseigentum 12-121-5418」字樣，連同相配的Hektor-M 4.5/13.5cm鏡頭（#1509122），鏡身有「Bundeseigentum 12-120-1625」的刻字。套機已經過Lars Netopil (Wetzlar)鑑定；連同機身蓋、鏡頭前後蓋、鏡頭配有皮套。
