In 1896 by John Broadwood & Sons, London, manufactured Grand grand piano 2.10 in rosewood veneer case, equipped with double repetition mechanism. Because of the great forces that occur when the strings are stretched and in order to obtain maximum volume in tone, a completely cast iron frame has been used here (for the first time in fortepiano construction). Special about this instrument is the four-course treble (which gives extra clarity), as well as the sonorous sound in the bass. The keyboard size is AAA – c´´´´´ (7? octave); tuning a' = 429
