此件双凤纹玉佩，白玉质，玉质熟润糯白，表面带金红皮色。包浆凝厚，琢工精巧，设计巧妙。全器雕双凤相对为主题，凤眼外凸，尖喙有力，玄而有神。形态如行云流水，线条挺劲利落，笔笔不苟。羽翅丰满拢于体侧，长尾下垂相连，上饰细羽纹丝，雍容华贵，充满灵动之趣。《禽经》：「鸾，首翼赤曰丹凤。」凤传说为鸟中之王，象征美好、幸福。朝阳鸣凤，凤凰鸣于山之阳，喻有可喜之事。《诗大雅．卷阿》：「凤皇（凰）鸣矣，于彼高冈，梧桐生矣，于彼朝阳。」朱善曰：「凤凰者，贤才之喻，朝阳者明时之喻。」乃天下贤才，人尽其用，君臣有秩，天下吉祥之意。配18k金扣。
