铜镀金
上师是历史上的真实人物，故造像都相对写实，以坐相为主。此尊上师像以铜胎铸造而成，通体镀金嵌宝石。其头戴黑色宝冠，宝冠顶有十字交杵，这件黑色宝冠是藏传佛教噶玛噶举派持教法王噶玛巴活佛的重要辨识依据。额头宽广，眉目清瘦，抿嘴带笑，慈悲的面貌体现出上师洞彻世间轮回的般若智慧。身披袒右袈裟，左手结禅定印，右手于腿前结触地印，结跏趺坐于莲花座之上，莲瓣宽大，时代特征明显。整像工艺精湛，衣纹华丽，彰显了16世纪佛教造像的艺术风貌。
