此项链由七颗长管状缠丝玛瑙与四颗红玛瑙小珠组成，绳结为系成串。缠丝玛瑙古称为截子玛瑙，本项饰中的七颗缠丝玛瑙管珠均磨制光润，其上红、黄、白交织缠绵，色带如游丝云烟，美轮美奂。缀饰的四颗红玛瑙小珠红润灵动，质朴可爱。本品珠饰材质精良，做工细致，包浆纯熟，具有神秘的时代气息。
