林散之（1898-1989），原名霖，字散之，号三痴，以字行，生于江苏江浦县乌江镇。中国近代书法家、画家，前中国美术家协会会员，现代书法大家，人称“当代草圣”。曾任江苏省国画院画师、南京市书画院院长、中国书协名誉理事、江苏省书协名誉主席。与高二适、胡小石、萧娴合称“金陵四家”。
