中国海员的⼯会组织中华海员⼯会1921年4⽉6⽇在⾹港成⽴，孙中⼭题写会名“中华海员工业联合总会”，由共产党⼈苏兆征等所领导，曾发动震惊中外的⾹港海员⼤罢⼯和省港⼤罢⼯；中华海员⼯业联合总会是中国海员⼯⼈的第⼀个⼯会组织，也是中国最早的产业⼯会组织之⼀。它的成⽴是中国现代产业⼯⼈运动崛起的先声，直接推动了中国第⼀次⼯⼈运动⾼潮的形成。
