本品为器座，五处镂空，形成五个如意形柱，下接玉璧形足底，器型周正，胎质坚厚，釉面肥莹，以青花装饰，口沿繪串枝花卉纹，束颈部繪八宝纹饰，如意形柱上繪折枝花卉纹，整器青花发色湛蓝，绘画洒脱，口沿书：大明万历年制六字一行楷书款。
