英文长介绍:This large cloisonné vase has a grand and imposing form. It has a flared rim, a sloping shoulder, a slightly drooping, rounded belly, a tall-ringed foot and a pair of beast-head-form handles biting an engraved ring. The handles, rim, and foot ring are illuminated with gilding. The design is based on Han dynasty bronze wares, with pearl-playing double-dragons as the subject matter, complemented by intertwining flowers and oceanic patterning on the neck and foot, all beautifully illustrated by the intricate filigree enamel work and rich coloring. The density of the filigree shifts like brushstrokes, making the dragons appear organic and lively, in the typical Ming dynasty fashion.

中文长介绍:整器尺寸較大，口沿外撇，束頸溜肩，圓鼓腹微下垂，高圈足，兩側飾鋪首銜環耳，環上鏨刻卷草紋，雙耳、口沿及圈足皆鎏金，精美絕倫。造型取自漢代青銅器，壺身以雙龍戲珠紋為主題紋飾，頸部和足部為纏枝花卉紋及海水紋，銅胎掐絲琺瑯工藝繁復，所用藍料瑩厚，顏色明亮鮮艷。整器造型碩大恢弘，紋飾富麗堂皇，頗具氣勢。掐絲粗細不勻，龍紋的形製富有濃郁的明代色彩，胎體厚重、釉層深厚、全器呈現暖色調，為明朝不可多得之佳作。本件作品與故宮博物院館藏藏品「明代掐絲琺瑯龍紋瓶」（編號故00118586）極為相似，可資參考。
