溥松窗，满族，1913年生，1991年逝世，北京市人。本名爱新觉罗·溥佺，笔名雪溪、尧仙、健斋。1928年入松风画会。1936年参加中国画学研究会。同年被聘为辅仁大学美术系讲师，教授国画山水。曾兼任北平国立艺专讲师、教授。
