玉钱为白玉所质，细腻油润。呈外圆内方之铜钱状，正反面阳雕“吉祥如意”“连中三元”。明中间有一方孔，寓意“天圆地方”。花钱始于汉代，又称“压胜钱”、“民俗钱”，常见是用铜材而铸造，用白玉雕刻的非常罕见，此玉雕花钱中的精品，十分适合收藏佩戴。
