此炉顶整体以白玉制作，玉质细腻而满带红沁，整体活用镂空圆雕，具有元代器型风格。顶层镂雕三只螭龙，作前后追逐状，围绕一圈。螭龙头较大，五官集中于头前部，背脊上有刻线，尾部细长弯曲。器形饱满，包浆厚实，光气熟旧，是案头不可多得的陈设玉器。
