黄玉质，局部受红沁。器体扁平近圆形，中央有圆孔，中部一大圆孔，内缘规整，形似变形的玉璧。外缘有三个形状相同、且均向同一方向旋转的凸脊，凸脊出廓，形如兽头，间距相等，皆排列规整，保存完好。 玉璇玑亦称牙璧，《苏若兰璇玑图诗图记》：“璇玑者，天盘也；经纬者，星辰所行之道也；中留一眼者，天心也。极星不动，盖运转不离度之中，所谓居其所而斡旋之。”整器光素，玉色古朴典雅，润泽如膏脂，造型和谐而有韵律，抽象富于变化。玲珑小巧，宜于佩饰。
