玛瑙巧雕而成，取圆雕手法，巧雕红白双獾，首尾相咬，追逐嬉戏的神态被刻画得栩栩如生。双獾体型肥圆，首尾相接，足部相抵，獾首回望，互相凝视。两腰外躬，整体成椭圆形。腿部的肌肉轮廓及獾尾用写实的手法表现，琢工精细。 因双獾谐音“双欢”，故多用美玉雕刻两只相互亲昵嬉戏的獾，意寓人世间的男女之爱，而双欢佩，实际就是古代男女传情示爱的信物。整器雕工精湛细腻，精致可爱。
