观音呈站立姿态，头戴风帽，身披天衣，配饰璎珞，赤足而立，手指念珠，面容祥和慈悲，身侧菩提树相依，所描绘场景应是观音菩萨参禅行走，俯查人间疾苦，施舍祥瑞的场景；玉色沧桑古朴，雕工丰满传神，这种材质皆是明代时期，为了迎合追古需求而创造的一种工艺，将雕刻完成的作品，进行人为做旧，接近先秦时期玉质的陈旧感，增添玩味的情趣。来源于佳士得19年拍品
