This is a mid-20th Century of an 18th Century cinnabar snuff bottle from the reign of Qian Long (1735-1796). The marks on the bottom read Qian Long Nian Zhi or Made During Reign of Qian Long. It has the lid and plastic spoon but they are detached. A similar bottle sold at auction for $300. Many are out there offered as authentic 18th Century. Buyer beware.
