Description Attributed to R. Lalique and Charles Lambert Leather Upholstered Carved Walnut Chair, circa 189035-1/4 inches (89.5 cm) The chair is believed to have been designed by Lalique (embossed leather) and manufactured by his brother-in-law, Lambert, in 1890 for use at Lalique's Rue Therese premises. The showrooms opened in 1890 and were used until 1903, when Lalique moved to 40 Cours de la Reine. The interiors of these premises were described by Vever as having "furniture decorated with flowers", and the design conforms closely with Lalique's letterhead used at Rue Therese.HID01801242017品相报告: Condition Report Seat 17-1/2 inches high; scattered worm holes throughout; minor areas of splitting and patches to leather as expected with age and handling.
