Description 1st item: Exhibited Charles Henry Richert (Maine/Massachusetts, 1880-1974) oil on board maritime painting titled "Maine Wharf" depicting a sailboat and rowboat tied along a dock with scaffolding and piles of timber before a large boathouse with a distant shoreline visible in the right background. Signed "C.H. Richert" lower right. Sticker label with written title and printed "Charles H. Richert/Linden Street/Arlington Heights/ Mass." and two Young Fine Arts 1991 exhibition labels affixed, en verso. Housed in a white-washed wooden frame. Sight: 11 1/2" H x 15 1/2" W.
