Description East Tennessee pie safe, walnut with poplar secondary wood. Rectangular gallery over two dovetailed drawers and two doors. Doors inset with two punched tins featuring a central eagle within a circle and flanked by stars in each corner. The side with two punched tins featuring a star within a circle and flanked by stars to each corner. The piece is supported by turned and spike feet. 50 1/2" H x 39 1/2" W x 19 1/2" D. Possibly Hawkins Co., Tennessee, 3rd Quarter 19th century.品相报告: Condition Report Overall good condition with expected use wear resulting in abrasions and minor losses. Minor staining to the top.
