张之万（1811年-1897年），字子青，号銮坡，直隶南皮（今河北省沧州市南皮县刘八里乡双庙村）人，张之洞堂兄。晚清大臣，著名书画家。是清朝道光、咸丰、同治、光绪四朝元老
张之万工诗词、擅书画，画承家学，抽暇便寄情书画，以文会友，与大学士李鸿藻为首的清流派潘祖荫、吴大澂、陈宝琛等名人交厚，书画往来。张之万绘画、书法、文章、诗、楹联皆精。书精小楷，唐法晋韵，兼擅其胜。书法雄峻秀逸，画得王时敏神髓，山水画与戴熙志趣相契并齐名，有“南戴北张”之称
