Chinese 19th Century "Prunus Blossom" Yixing Teapot with single hole to inside base of shaped spout, the pot & cover shaped with 5 lobes in imitation of the blossom with molded branches and small blossoms applied to the handle and spout carved as stems, and a molded branch and small blossoms as a cover finial; the base impressed with 5 lingzhi design, the inside of cover with small impressed seal mark. Length from handle to spout 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm.).
