此件小璧为和阗白玉制成，玉质莹润细腻，熟透感强。玉璧双面雕工，璧体为圆形，中部有孔，正面运用高浮雕技艺雕琢了一条蟠曲状螭龙，曲颈扭体蜿蜒攀伏于璧面上，工艺精细。玉璧背面满饰乳钉纹，排列整齐有序。整器用料考究，雕工精湛，适合收藏佩带。
