Notes: Introduced in 1955, reference 6234 is one of the most iconic Pre-Daytona models within the Rolex Oyster chronograph family. In production for a very short time, until 1961, it was replaced with reference 6238. Offered in several iterations, the most common configurations of the model feature the dial scales printed only in blue, with the rarer variations featuring multi-colored scales printed in both red and blue, such as the present watch.
