此件以白玉雕琢葫芦状玉佩，y玉质温润油腻，器身边缘处为镂雕葫芦枝蔓为饰。采用浅浮雕技法雕刻葫芦叶片包裹葫芦，叶片刻画舒展多姿，葫芦果实圆润，蝙蝠趴伏于上，极其生动。葫芦双面雕刻，一面刻有“大吉”二字，寓意吉祥，形象地表现出自然生态之情。葫芦读音似“福禄”，蝙蝠寓意“福寿”所以亦常用于祈求富贵绵延之意。又因葫芦多籽，有绵延后代，多子多孙、江山永固的吉祥寓意。
