白玉为材，质地温润晶莹，油润饱满。双面雕工，正面采高浮雕技法，琢两条螭龙，螭龙面相似猫，首尾相连，扭颈回首，躯身修长，攀伏于璧上；后肢则向两侧开张，营造出螭龙慑人的舞动气势。背面雕五组勾连纹饰。整器时代气息显著，沁色自然，包浆浑厚，雕工一流，盘玩熟透，是一件极为难得的佳品。
