此套朝珠按清朝定式而制，由108颗米珠组成，每27颗间穿入一颗略大一些的珠子，将朝珠一分为四，寓意四季轮转。朝珠顶首设「佛头塔」，其后用黄色阔丝带系黄铜嵌米珠结牌，末端再系坠角。「佛头塔」两侧缀有三串小珠，每串小珠十粒，名为「纪念」。佩戴时一侧缀两串，另一侧缀一串，两串者男在左，女在右。朝珠是清朝礼服的一种佩挂物，挂在颈项、垂于胸前。由于清朝皇帝笃信佛教，凡皇帝、后妃、文官五品及武官四品以上，另外侍卫和京官等，均可佩挂朝珠，并且可作为皇帝赏赐之物。该朝珠颗粒大小均匀，饱满亮丽，珍珠光泽莹润，品相佳美，保存完好，值得收藏。
