此件玉环以和田白玉制成，晶莹剔透，温润怡人，光气十足，局部略沁。呈扁平的圆环体，圆整光洁，双面饰工，内外壁起棱为廓，中部以细密的阴刻线勾勒云龙纹饰。云龙纹是卷云纹与变异龙纹相结合的纹饰，为当时期典型的纹饰，后期不多见。龙纹以饱满云纹伴随，网格纹填充，流畅饱满、圆浑自然，整齐排列，对称饰工，布满器面，极显工艺之精。整器刀法遒劲，纹饰古朴，玉质一流，实为难得的收藏佩戴佳器。
