旧玉质，玉质古朴，局部受沁。扁平体，片状。通体镂雕龙形，琢一上一下大小两条龙，上部龙首处留有钻孔。整器双面饰工，边缘压线减地浮雕琢龙鳞，给器物增添了较强的立体感。龙身矫健，尾尾相连，口鼻上冲，尖耳外撇，身体曲折，四肢以细密的阴刻线琢绞丝纹饰。整体线条繁复细密，变幻多姿，镂空与阴刻线相辅相成，通透玲珑，艺术效果极佳。此玉佩精工细巧，玉色深沉，沁色自然，其所施镂空工艺复杂高超，整体制作精美，造型少见，是一件值得深刻研究的作品。
