A pair of large lidded famille verte jars on wooden stands, Late Qing dynasty, 19th century, China, Two bulbous vases with domed lids, in mirrored design, featuring pheasants on rocks under a tree. Executed in famille verte enamels over a creamy yellow translucent glaze. Marked with an apocryphal Kangxi six character mark in underglaze blue but made in the late 19th century., H 27.5 cm (or 32 cm, including wooden stands), D 25 cm, Good condition. No damage; no chips, no hairlines and no restoration. A few small typical manufacturing flaws and irregularities.
