此尊铜释迦佛面相饱满方正，五官刻画清晰，棱角分明，双眉间点白毫，双目微闭，大耳垂肩，温和端详。佛头发髻满工而作，上施蓝绿色，顶宝珠。身披佛衣，衣纹层迭有致。右胸及右臂袒露，左手于身前结禅定印，右手置右膝结触地印。双腿结跏趺坐，所穿佛裙亦雕刻精美。莲花底座莲瓣分布致密，每瓣皆圆实饱满。
此尊造像最为突出的工艺在与整体鎏金极为厚重，由于鎏金前铜胎打磨工艺高超，胎体表面十分平整，鎏金后金水光洁如镜，熠熠放光，足见工匠水平之高，作品整体造型端庄，比例匀称，通体鎏金，饱满悦目，富丽堂皇，工艺精湛。
