此件手镯为和田白玉质地，玉质细腻油润，椭圆形贵妃式，其上雕刻绞丝纹，绞丝纹刻得十分细腻、匀称和规整，线条优美。最早的绞丝纹玉器是良渚文化的绳纹玉镯，汉玉器上绞丝纹达到了登峰造极的程度，其后唐代玉器绞丝纹相对较少，宋代玉器和元代玉器则常见绞丝纹手镯，再往后明清玉器上绞丝纹雕琢。
