此蒜头瓶釉面洁白光亮，胎体细腻，器型规整。全器以粉彩为饰，纹饰饱满，层次丰富，
相互隔离又融为一体，观之秀丽雅致、粉润柔和。蒜头形小口，长颈，削肩，圆腹，圈足。
瓶身“百花图”以各色彩绘，遍布器身，千姿百态，并以粉彩绘龙穿花纹，龙形灵巧生动，作腾空穿花状。直口下蒜头饰有如意云纹，中间主体开光绘花鸟，花鸟描绘细腻，富有生气。
近足处均饰一圈变体莲瓣。
