A Saxon silver serving knife Cartouche form blade with foliate decor on a turned wood handle. L 35.5 cm, weight 172 g. Leisnig, marks of Johann Christian Bergner, c. 1750. Rosenberg mentions inscriptions on two gold candelabra in the Church of Saint Nicholas in Döbeln that read: FECIT J.C.BERGNER IN LEISNIG ANNO 1750. Sächsischer Heber Silber. Kartuschenform mit durchbrochenem vegetabilem Dekor und gedrechseltem Holzgriff. Marken: BZ Leisnig in Sachsen, MZ Johann Christian Bergner (erwähnt ab 1750 in Leisnig und Döbeln, vgl. Rosenberg Nr. 3092). L 35,5 cm, Gewicht 172 g. Leisnig, Johann Christian Bergner, um 1750.
