题识：荣铿仁兄雅属即正，蛰人邢端时年六十有九。|钤印：邢端长寿、甲辰翰林 |释文：如意珠明仁寿字，称心花蔼吉祥云。|简介：邢端，字冕之，号蛰人，笔名新亭野史，贵州贵阳人，1883年8月6日生。1901年辛丑科举人，1904年甲辰科进士。毕业于日本大阪高等工业预备学校及东京法政大学。历任翰林院检讨、奉天八旗工厂总办、天津工业学堂监督、北洋政府工商部佥事、图书馆主任、农商部技监。1917年9月起历任农商部矿政司司长、工商司司长、普通文官惩戒会委员、善后会议代表、井陉矿务局总办。1928年后赋闲。1951年7月被聘任为中央文史研究馆馆员。
