白色玉质，质地细腻温润，缜密似栗，包浆浑厚，蜡脂光泽强烈。受大面积褐色沁，沁色由浅至深，色泽复杂且变化过渡有序，受沁处迎光不透，渗入玉石肌理，开窗处可见白色玉质。玉璧通体镂空雕刻出龙凤纹、神人纹和卷云纹，飘逸灵动，龙凤或交缠，或盘踞，另有出廓部分亦为饰。玉璧用料上乘，工艺非凡，保存完好，是汉代玉璧之高端珍品，十分难得。
